of this Site, you agree to submit the dispute to non-binding mediation,
followed by binding arbitration. Both the mediation and arbitration
will be governed by the rules of the American Arbitration Association
and the venue for the arbitration will be in Connecticut.
Governing Law
This Site is operated by The France Foundation, Inc. from its place
of business within the State of Connecticut, U.S.A. The France Foundation
makes no representation that the information in the Site is appropriate
or available for use in other locations, and access to the Site
from territories where the contents of the Site may be illegal is
