Glenn D. Rosen, MD, is Associate Professor of Medicine and the
Program Director of the Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine Fellowship
Program at Stanford University School of Medicine in Stanford, California.
He received his bachelor's degree and medical degree at the University
of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his
residency in Internal Medicine at Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania, and performed his fellowships in Pulmonary Medicine
at the University of California, San Francisco and Washington University
in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Rosen is board certified in Internal
Medicine with a subspecialty certification in Pulmonary Diseases.
Dr. Rosen has been widely published in a number of peer-reviewed
journals and publications, and serves on the editorial board of
Cancer Biology and Therapy. His research interests are in the study
of molecular abnormalities in pulmonary fibrosis and lung cancer,
and development of novel therapeutics for these diseases. He has
been awarded the Research Fellowship Grant Award and Career Investigator
Award from the American Lung Association, the Stanford Institutional
American Cancer Award, and the Jack Elway Memorial Fund/Award for
Lung Cancer Research. He is a member of various professional medical
associations, including the American Thoracic Society. He has received
support from the NIH.
