Sjögren's syndrome with LIP and thin-walled cysts

HRCT of a 72-year old woman with Sjögren's syndrome shows scattered thin-walled cysts (arrows) in the upper lobes. These are distributed in a random fashion. There is no evidence of centrilobular emphysema to suggest that these represent bullae. They do not reflect honeycombing, because there is no evidence of fibrosis.
