UIP with carcinoma, high magnification
At high magnification, this high grade tumor has characteristic features of squamous cell carcinoma of the lung. The tumor shows variable differentiation with well differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (circle) and poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma (square).
