Cellular NSIP

Cellular NSIP is characterized by chronic interstitial inflammation diffusely involving alveolar walls (a arrows). The overall appearance is blue, indicating the dominance of mononuclear cells. Note that the entire lobule (outlined) illustrated here is involved (so-called temporal homogeneity).
