Ill-defined Nodular Opacities


This HRCT also shows irregular and ill-defined nodular opacities (arrows) which are bilateral and predominate in the subpleural and peribronchial regions. This appearance is quite suggestive of organizing pneumonia in a patient with typical symptoms.
