Ground-glass Opacity

Prone high-resolution CT (HRCT) in a patient with cellular nonspecific
interstitial pneumonia (NSIP) proven on lung biopsy. Ground-glass
opacity is visible at the lung base with a slight subpleural predominance.
Reticular opacities are inconspicuous and there is no obvious fibrosis
(arrows).
