Late asbestosis
Late asbestosis in a patient with calcified pleural plaques. HRCT shows extensive fibrosis and honeycombing in the lung periphery at the lung bases. Except for the presence of pleural abnormalities typical of asbestos exposure, this appearance is indistinguishable from IPF.
