PH and NSIP in Collagen Disease Pulmonary Hypertension and Nonspecific Interstitial Pneumonia in Collagen Disease

Contrast-enhanced CT in the same patient obtained to exclude chronic pulmonary embolism as a cause of pulmonary hypertension. There is no evidence of pulmonary emboli. The CT shows dilatation of the main pulmonary artery (PA) [ie, the pulmonary artery is larger than the adjacent aorta (A)]. This finding is indicative of pulmonary hypertension.
