Pulmonary Lymphangitic Carcinomatosis Aspiration Pneumonitis

Lymphangitic spread of carcinoma in a patient with lung cancer. On HRCT, there is interlobular septal thickening (red arrows) in the right lung because of tumor infiltration of lymphatics and the interstitium. Apparent thickening of bronchial walls in the right lung (yellow arrows) is also due to tumor infiltration in relation to peribronchovascular lymphatics. Click here for lower lobe >>
