CLINICAL INFORMATION

History of Present Illness

  • Married
  • Employed as support staff in a hospital dietary department
  • History of hypertension, otherwise previously healthy
  • Treated for TB exposure in 1980
  • Previous smoker (18 pack years)

Past Medical History

  • Not significant

Current Medications

  • Diltiazem
  • Cyclobenzaprine
  • Meloxicam
  • Medroxyprogesterone
  • Esterified estrogens and methyltestosterone
  • Atorvastatin

Please note: It is always very important in the context of undiagnosed interstitial lung disease to take a careful history, and drug history exposure in particular.
